The BHPA Shop ("Our Shop") is maintained and operated by the British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association ("us", "we", "We" or "our").

"Our Shop" is aimed at adults, and can be viewed using the domain shop.bhpa.co.uk.
If you visit "Our Shop", or wish to order items from "Our Shop", you must agree to comply with and be bound by "Our" Terms & Conditions of Use as detailed below, which together with "Our" Privacy Notice govern "our" relationship with you in relation to using "Our Shop".
Terms & Conditions of Use
"Our Shop" is made available on an 'as is' basis, and whilst "we" will do our best to ensure the accuracy of the information published in "Our Shop", to the maximum extent permitted by law, "we" do not accept liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages arising from any error or omission by "us".
"Our Shop" is also provided on an 'as available' basis, and whilst "we" will do our best to provide uninterrupted access, "we" do not accept liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from interuptions to, or the unavailabilty of, "Our Shop".
Whilst "we" will do our best to ensure that "Our Shop" is virus free, "we" do not accept liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from a virus or trojan infecting one or more of your devices as a result of visiting or using "Our Shop".
Your use of "Our Shop" and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
Your Account
If you create an account in "Our Shop", you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and the security of any password used to restrict access to your account. You must therefore agree to take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you are under 18, you may only use "Our Shop" with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
Product Descriptions
Whilst "we" attempt to describe products as accurately as possible, "we" do not warrant that product descriptions in "Our Shop" are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered for sale in "Our Shop" is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a full refund.
"We" reserve the right to alter the specification and colours of products available from "Our Shop" without notice.
Delivery and Prices
Skywings International Subscriptions (12 issues) are only available for delivery to an overseas address. Postage and packing is included in the price displayed.
All the other products in "Our Shop" are only available for delivery to a UK address. Postage and packing is included in the price displayed, unless otherwise stated.

Orders, Sales & Cancellations
All products are sold subject to the manufacturer's conditions of sale.
Orders will not be processed until we receive confirmation that the amount due has been paid in full.
If you cancel an order that has not been despatched, a full refund will be made. If you cancel an order that has already been despatched, no refund will be possible until you return the goods in "as new condition" in the original packaging. The cost of despatching the goods will be deducted from the refund offered.
Delivery
Please allow 28 days for delivery. Any discrepancy between the product or products ordered and those delivered must be notified within 7 days.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from "Our Shop" are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns
If unwanted goods are returned in "as new condition" in the original packaging within 7 days of their receipt, a full refund will be made.
Electronic Communications
When you visit "Our Shop", or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

The British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with the details of your complaint.
NB. From time to time it may be necessary to amend the documents referred to above, to reflect changes in the way "we" or "our" partners operate, or changes to statutory regulations. Whenever any of the documents referred to above are amended, the 'last updated date' at the bottom of the relevant document will be amended accordingly.
